Compared to previous years,with a rapid development of economy and real estate,the total number of elevators has been much increased today in China.As a result,the total energy consumption of elevators has been gradually increased,too.However,unfortunately at the same time the elevator accidents also increase year by year,which has aroused a strong concern in China.So how to reduce elevator energy consumption and reduce elevator accidents has become the main direction of elevator research.And this main direction makes a good response to the call of our country for energy conservation and emission reduction.The goal of writing this dissertation is to design a comprehensive device that can be used in the existing elevator systems,not only with the function of rescuing people who were trapped in the elevator,but also with the function of energy saving.When there is voltage failure or power outage,the device will use the super capacitor as the energy storage unit,and generate three-phase 380 V AC through the inverter module to the inverter to run the elevator till a position of safety to complete the automatic leveling rescue function.What's more,the excess energy generated during elevator operation can be stored in its super capacitor.When the elevator is started or accelerated again,the super capacitor starts to make a power compensation to make the elevator bus voltage more stable,which makes the passengers more comfortable,and save more energy in the meantime.This device was made through the method of designing and calculating the energy storage unit,the charging circuit module,the rising voltage inverter module,and the two-way DC/DC circuit module.Adjusting the relevant standards,the above modules were finally organized into a research device.After that,field testing and data acquisition analysis has been made to judge its effect.As the result of the tests,this device is able to store excess electrical energy.In case of emergency,the stored electrical energy is able to be used as the power source for emergency level rescue,and also be used as power compensation when the elevator is starting or accelerating.The device effectively saves energy,improves voltage stability,further ensures passenger safety,and simplifies rescue operations.It makes not only social benefit,but also profit for the elevator operators.And there can be a big market for this in the future.The innovation point of this topic lies in the good combination of the elevator self-layer rescue system and the super capacitor energy storage system,recovering excess energy for continued usage to save more energy and make more profit for elevator operators.Therefore,it may greatly improve the enthusiasm of them to save energy.Compared with other similar products on the market,it has more comprehensive functionality,and is better at energy saving and safety.Last but not the least,the application of this device which was tested on a sample ladder with analysis on its energy conservation and rescue functions will be mentioned later.
