Research Of Quality Evaluation System During The Construction Process In New Rural Residential

With the continuous advancement of new rural construction in China.the problems faced by new rural housing construction are becoming more and more complicated.and the engineering complexity faced in the current new rural construction process continues to rise as China enters the final stage of poverty alleviation.In recent years,there have been many engineering quality accidents in the country during the construction of housing.The frequent construction project quality accidents related to housing construction.especially in the construction of new rural areas,are not conducive to the long-term stability of the grassroots in China,and are not conducive to the implementation of the new socialist countryside construction and the continuous advancement of poverty alleviation.Therefore,in order to steadily advance the quality management of the entire project in accordance with the predetermined plan during the construction of the new rural construction.This paper studies the factors related to the quality impact of the project,and design a new rural housing construction process quality evaluation system,and put forward countermeasures for the problems in the actual construction of new rural housing.This study first reviews the current situation of the construction of new rural areas in Jiangxi Province,and finds problems in the process of building new rural areas in Jiangxi Province from the situation of new rural construction in Jiangxi Province.The problems arising in the construction of new rural areas in Jiangxi Province are the main basis for the design of indicators in the quality evaluation system for residential construction process.In the research method.using the research method of case study,the dormitory project of Shicheng County Central School in Ganzhou City.Jiangxi Province was selected as a research case,and the quality evaluation system for residential construction process was empirically studied to verify the scientific and reasonable quality evaluation system.Sex.The quality evaluation system for residential construction process based on the hierarchical analysis method can effectively evaluate the quality of new rural housing construction in Jiangxi Province.This research is an article on the construction of quality problems and construction process quality evaluation system for new rural housing construction.It puts forward some insights on the problem of the research on the quality evaluation of new rural areas in China.In terms of technology.the hierarchical analysis method that emphasizes simple and easy to understand and simplified is used as the core method of quality evaluation system construction.and the expected research results are obtained.This study quantitatively grasps the construction of new rural projects in Ganzhou City.accurately understands the core issues in the construction of new rural housing in the administrative area of Ganzhou City.and then clarifies the construction process of new rural housing in Ganzhou City.The direction of the work is difficult to provide a reference for the relevant government departments in Ganzhou to develop targeted strategies.
