Study On Visualization Evaluation Method Of Construction Quality Based On BIM

Nowadays BIM technology is very popular.Minstry of Housing and Urban-Rural Development of the People's of China has promulgated "Construction industry information development outline" and "Guidance on the application of building information model",to promote the application of BIM technology in construction industry.Based on this,the paper studies the application of BIM technology in construction quality evaluation.This paper analyzes the background of the application of BIM technology and the current situation of literature that study BIM technology and engineering quality management.It is found that there are relatively few researches on applying BIM technology in construction quality evaluation.So this paper studies how to realize visible evaluation of construction quality based on BIM technology.And the characteristics of BIM technology,such as visualization,information sharing and collaboration are taken into account.In this paper,the reinforced concrete main structure is taken as an example,and the BP neural network evaluation model is established by inquiring current construction quality acceptance specification and evaluation standard.Furthermore,the construction quality evaluation information(including the value of evaluation indicators and evaluation result)is expanded,expressed and integrated based on the information interaction standard-IFC Standard,which achieves the mapping of quality information in BIM model and realizes the visualization of quality information.On this basis,the quality information in BIM model is derived,and the relevant information in other quality record files is integrated to build construction quality database.Finally,a construction quality visible evaluation platform based on the database is established to realize visualization and comprehensive query of the construction quality evaluation information based on the browser page.The platform can also promote information sharing among the project participants in the process of construction quality mangement.
