Research On Optimization Of Material Procurement Management Of S Oversea Power Supply Enterprise

The overseas project of S electric power company is a state-owned enterprise’s power plant established in Africa.Since established in 2007,S electric power company has undergone project construction period and operation period.The company has developed rapidly.On the basis of the first phase of purchasing,the second phase of purchasing of different sets of equipment and spare parts has been added.In the process of development,the S overseas power company has also exposed the existing problems in the procurement management.Therefore,this paper puts forward the optimization plan and related measures for the shortcomings of S overseas power companies’ purchasing management.First of all,this paper analyzes the basic situation of procurement management of S overseas power company,and finds out the surface problems and deep-level problems in purchasing management through research materials.Surface problems are low procurement efficiency,high inventory costs,product acceptance failure rate,and low degree of information sharing.Deep level of material demand management is not standardized,unreasonable inventory management,low level of supplier management and information systems management is imperfect.Secondly,it aims at finding out the problem,combining with the knowledge of purchasing management theory,developing the procurement principle and goal,and optimizing the design of purchasing management.The ASME analysis method and the ESIA analysis method are used to optimize the approval process of the material demand management.The inventory classification is classified by ABC classification,and the inventory management and procurement are classified.On the basis of ABC classification,the classification of the stock is classified,and classification of supplier relationship management;procurement management of all aspects of the construction of information modules to link the work of the link.Optimization measures regulate the material management,improve the inventory management,and improve the level of suppliers,to achieve the information sharing.Finally,the implementation conditions of purchasing management optimization scheme are analyzed.Through in-depth research on purchasing management of S electric power company overseas,can help enterprises develop new purchasing management strategy,improve the purchasing efficiency and save the purchasing cost and has certain reference significance to other domestic procurement based on the overseas electric power company.
