Research On Fire Safety Management In Urban Area Based On Fire Risk Assessment

At present,fire safety as an important indicator of social harmonious development,become more and more focused by the people.In recent years,urban regional fire risk assessment is a common method for urban decision makers to grasp and analyze the situation of urban fire safety.Through carrying out fire risk assessment to get the basic data of fire safety in urban area,analyzing the existing problems and hidden dangers of fire safety,providing targeted countermeasures for urban fire safety management work,is an effective way to ensure urban fire safety.Therefore,it is of great practical significance to make a thorough study on the urban regional fire risk assessment,so as to make the assessment index more suitable to the actual situation of the city and establish a more reasonable assessment system.This paper provides a more comprehensive fire risk assessment system for urban areas based on the literature review of risk assessment at home and abroad,combined with the fire situation,basic characteristics and fire safety management work in urban areas.The main research contents and conclusions are as follows:Firstly,through studying the relevant literature on fire risk assessment in urban areas about domestic and abroad,we can learn some methods of fire risk assessment and how to select fire characteristic indexes.On this basis,the fire risk assessment of urban areas is further analyzed and studied.Then,it is proposed that the fire risk assessment of urban area should mainly consider three factors: the risk value of urban area,the level of fire safety management in urban area and the emergency rescue strength of urban area.In considering the fire risk value of urban area,the author thinks that it should be a valuation based on the fire risk assessment of all buildings in the area,which will more objectively reflect a level of regional fire risk.Therefore,according to the characteristics of the building types in the region,the evaluation system is set up as the "sub-system" of the fire risk assessment in the urban area.First,all the buildings in the city are evaluated,and a more reasonable fire risk value in the urban area is obtained.Then,taking Shimen Street in Baiyun District of Guangzhou City as an example,this paper expounds the above-mentioned evaluation system and process,obtains the evaluation results,and finds out the common problems existing in the fire safety of urban areas.Finally,taking Shimen Street in Baiyun District of Guangzhou City as an example,this paper puts forward some countermeasures for fire safety management in urban areas.From the aspects of carrying out special control of fire safety,adjusting urban fire control planning,perfecting "grid" management,checking and filling up leaks and defects in fire protection infrastructure,and promoting the construction of "intelligent fire control",countermeasures are provided for the development of fire control safety management,and good results have been achieved in regional fire control safety management.
