It is necessary to build an efficient power network with reasonable structure,strong adaptability and reliable power supply to meet the needs of national economic development.The efficiency of power grid equipment utilization is an important measure of "high efficiency" power grid,which reflects the efficiency of power grid development and the overall operation level of the company.Improving the utilization efficiency of power grid equipment is an important content of improving the quality and efficiency of the company and realizing the lean management.It is the specific requirement to realize the international leading power grid enterprises.It is of great significance for the development of the power industry to comprehensively evaluate the utilization ratio of power grid equipment to guide the power grid planning.In this paper,Shenzhen power grid is the main research object,the comprehensive evaluation of the utilization ratio of power grid equipment is studied.Based on the analytic hierarchy process,the evaluation model of the utilization ratio of power grid equipment is put forward.The main research work is as follows:1)considering the various links involved in the operation of the power grid,an index system for evaluating the utilization ratio of power grid equipment has been established from various aspects.On the transmission network level,the 500 kV main transformer capacity load ratio,the 220 kV main transformer voltage drop capacity ratio and the 110 kV main transformer capacity ratio are considered.At the substation level,the annual maximum load rate of transformer(substation),the equivalent average load rate of transformer(substation),the proportion of transformer normal operation and the ratio of high loss transformer are considered.At the distribution network level,the line load rate,medium voltage line contact rate,intermediate voltage outlet spacing utilization ratio and normal operation of medium voltage line are taken into account.Based on the above evaluation system,the expert scoring method is used to determine the weight of each index,thus a full element analytic hierarchy process model is established to provide a complete mathematical model for the further application of the evaluation of the power grid operation.2)analyze and evaluate the utilization ratio of equipment in Shenzhen power grid.First,the development status of Shenzhen power grid is introduced.The operation of the power grid is briefly introduced from the power supply construction,electric power and other aspects,and the utilization of all kinds of equipment is analyzed from the transmission network level,the substation level and the distribution network level,and the whole system is quantified.Based on the various levels of the power grid equipment,The application rate of third chapters is used to evaluate the current utilization ratio of equipment.At the same time,compared with the utilization of equipment in the previous year,the construction effect of Shenzhen power grid is analyzed in this year,and the reference for further improvement of the power grid construction is provided.3)combined with the results of the comprehensive evaluation of Shenzhen power grid,relevant solutions are put forward aiming at the problems existing in the utilization ratio of equipment in Shenzhen power grid.First of all,from the concept standards,investment control and personnel and other aspects to grasp the basis for improving the utilization of power grid equipment,combined with the above consideration,the measures to improve the utilization rate of power grid equipment are proposed from two aspects of the inventory and strict control increment,which will provide some reference for the further improvement of the power grid construction in Shenzhen power grid.Taking Shenzhen power grid as an example,this paper makes a concrete analysis to verify the rationality and scientificity of the evaluation system proposed in this paper.
