| Urban Power System Planning is a multi-objective, uncertainty, nonlinear, and multi-stage complex optimization problem, it is an important previous part of the Electrical Engineering. In the context of smart grid, advanced theory and technology planning is of great significance to improve the county grid level and the economic social benefits.The thesis conducts research on urban Power System planning theory and practical methods according to the modern city grid "12 Five Year Plan", tries to explore the practical consideration of the urban Power System Planning Comprehensive Assessment System, and the planning of city smart grid.Firstly, the thesis proposes a comprehensive evaluation system of practical urban grid, considering grid security, reliability, adaptability, economy, coordination and intelligence level, and uses the weighted sum method to evaluate the quantitative indicators, adapts the system to the requirements of urban smart grid,which has been the reference of Grid Program.In connection with the actual grid of the city, the thesis summes up load forecast method, and applies to Power System Planning of Yuhang, which has achieved good results.Using the calculation software RAMSES power system reliability from University of Aachen as a tool, reliability analysis for typical grid and computing grid is proposed. Based on the comprehensive evaluation, 110kV connection modes is also made, and then applies to practical Power System Planning.In order to building a strong smart grid, the thesis planns to make a bold vision for Yuhang Economic Development Zone, focusing on transformer link, distribution, electricity utilization and communication of the grid, a preliminary program is proposed.Finally, for the actual situation in Yuhang District of Hangzhou, from the perspective of the modern city power supply manager, a "12 Five Year Plan" Power System Planning of Yuhang is put forward. |
