Since the world financial crisis in 2008,the domestic and international economic environment has changed significantly,and is still in the development of change.In recent years,the domestic real estate industry competition intensifies,the real estate project cost management issues become the focus of the current research.However,the related research focuses on the application of project cost management methods and the analysis of the specific problems of project cost management and the research of countermeasures.The project landscape project is of great significance to enhance the brand value of the project products and enterprises,and is one of the focal point of the industry competition.The art characteristics of landscape unique,in the real estate project implementation process,landscape engineering cost is very easy to change,often lead to the final cost far more than the expected investment;and because the supporting engineering landscape as the products of the project,to the cost of input and output benefits of landscape evaluation,landscape engineering project cost is the difficulty of project cost management.The research results based on the existing literature,through consulting literature and combining with the current domestic real estate project landscape engineering cost management practice,using the method of expert consultation,from the concept of cost management,organization management,process management,environmental management and other four aspects of construction project cost management of the landscape engineering preliminary evaluation index system the application of AHP,the weights of the preliminary project cost management evaluation index system of each index,by weight analysis to further optimize the evaluation index system of evaluation index important degree after optimization were evaluated and tested by questionnaire of index of validity and reliability,determine the final project cost management the evaluation index system.On this basis,the paper uses the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method to establish the project cost management evaluation model.Based on the construction of the project cost management evaluation model,the project of G company Z project cost management from the perspective of the overall system evaluation.The results show that: 1)the status of landscape engineering cost management by project landscape engineering cost management evaluation index system to comprehensively and systematically reflect the project;2)fuzzy comprehensive evaluation evaluation index system design project of landscape engineering cost management analysis of the enterprises in the practical application of landscape engineering project cost management and improvement based on the improvement of.The study can deepen the understanding of the project cost management of the real estate enterprises,and provide guidelines for the construction of enterprise project cost management,so as to improve the competitiveness of enterprises and projects.
