Research On Performance Evaluation Of Engineering Project Cost Management Based On BIM5D

For construction enterprises,is the carrier of management of the project,the effective project cost management is the key to its survival,development and competition.Effective means of cost management for construction enterprise is the key to its survival,development and competition.In this era of rapid development of information technology,pointed out the development direction of for large amount of information construction,construction enterprises only development trend of The Times,grasp the advanced means of information technology,can in an impregnable position in this competitive environment.And Building Information model brought new opportunity to appear for the majority of construction enterprise.BIM as a lead informatization construction industry to a higher level of new technology,has great potential in engineering project cost management.Therefore,based on BIM technology advantage,with the demand of engineering project cost management,project cost management of construction enterprises in-depth study is of great significance.This paper analyzes the importance of cost management in the current construction industry from the perspective of construction enterprises.First of all,through the analysis of the project cost management performance evaluation theory and its research status,it is found that the current cost management performance evaluation methods are mostly cumbersome,complicated and low in accuracy,and focused on the ex-post evaluation.Earned value method has certain advantages in this field,but its application is limited,and it needs to introduce more advanced technical means perfect.And through the domestic and foreign BIM technology development research and found that China's BIM development and developed countries there is a certain gap,should be further developed to BIM nD.Secondly,the introduction of BIM5 D platform to improve the application of Earned Value of defects,real-time monitoring of the project to provide accurate cost data,the Earned value evaluation indicators CV,SV,CPI,SPI is used for the cost management performance evaluation indicators,and the project cost,the budget cost and the actual cost are compared and analyzed,and the dynamic cost management system of the project is established.Finally,the paper discusses the application of BIM5 D technology in one Building project,and analyzes the cost management process by Earned Value Analysis,and realizes the project cost and saves the cost management level.Based on the BIM5 D platform,this paper applies BIM5 D and the earned value method to the project cost management process and combines the advanced information technology with the classical cost management theory,which not only riches this research field,but also has some practical significance to improve the cost management level of the construction enterprise.
