With the development of Electric Power and Electronic technology.Micro Electric technology,special integrated chips,the application of Motor control theory is widely extended in practice.The AC variable frequency speed regulation is generally acknowledged by the home and abroad that it has a great future with excellent speed regulation,high efficiency saving energy,extensive scope of application and other merits,AC speed regulation system replaces DC motor speed regulation system.Motor controller is gradually improving into Digital controller with optimal capacity and simple structure.According to the character and the requirement of the AC servo system and digital control system,we carry out our study to design a control rig in order to achieve a high-speed and high-performance control in the electromechanical system.In order to get the Real-time Motor controller with wide-speed scope ,high precision and large ability,this thesis has used the special Digital Signal Processor(DSP) made in TI for Motor control.Four aspects are discussed in this thesis. That is, the hardware and software design of control system,the discussion of Field Orientated Control and Motor test.After introduce the main technologies of AC regulation speed, the thesis deduces in details the SVPWM technology and the principle..This driver takes the DSP as the control center CPU followed by the advanced CPLD and IPM,which consist of the general control equipment.In additional ,this thesis analyzed the control methods and much control function.The driver has small volume ,different capabilities and is easy to be united.It fits to the situation which is required high accuracy ,high precision and wide-speed adjusting scope.This thesis has build up some bases for the AC servo driver.
