The large-pore drainage asphalt pavement has good surface drainage,anti-sliding and noise reduction functions,but due to the requirements of the large-pore drainage pavement on the binder,although the modified asphalt or high-viscosity asphalt binder is mostly used to improve the strength and water damage resistance of the mixture,but some parts of the roadway still appear damage.Epoxy asphalt can effectively improve the performance of drainage asphalt pavement,but the low-temperature performance of traditional epoxy asphalt mixture is relatively insufficient.In this paper,the performance of epoxy asphalt materials is improved by synthesizing different flexible curing agents.Through the relevant performance tests of curing agent epoxy asphalt raw materials containing different flexible segment lengths and the drainage epoxy asphalt mixtures prepared therefrom,the lengths of different flexible segments are examined and studies on performance of epoxy asphalt material and epoxy asphalt mixture.Firstly,through comparative research and analysis of the existing technology of toughening epoxy resin,three kinds of porous epoxy asphalt materials are prepared by introducing the flexible chain segments with different number of molecular weights.Based on the DMA method,the viscoelastic properties of three kinds of epoxy asphalt materials with different number average molecular weight flexible segments were studied.The changes of storage elastic modulus,loss modulus,phase angle and other viscoelastic indexes at different temperatures were studied.It was found that type III drainage epoxy asphalt has the best flexibility.The optimum reaction ratio of the A component and B component of three epoxy bitumen materials is 1:3.2,1:3.9 and 1:5.1 respectively.Secondly,the type I drainage epoxy asphalt is used as the research object,and the forming process of the drainage epoxy asphalt mixture is further studied and the test method for optimizing the ratio of the asphalt to the drainage epoxy asphalt mixture was optimized.It is determined that the holding time of the drainage epoxy asphalt mixture before compaction was 40 min and the number of compaction for double-sided compaction 50 times.Thirdly,the Marshall design method is used to optimize the design of gradation of drainage epoxy asphalt mixtures.The optimum binder content is determined by the draindown test and Cantabro test.The road performance of three kinds of porous epoxy asphalt mixtures are tested in laboratory.The results show that the dynamic stability of the three kinds of drainage epoxy asphalt mixture is above 11000 times /mm,and has excellent high temperature stability,and the creep test shows that the type I drainage epoxy asphalt mixture has the best resistance to deformation and stability.The immersion Marshall test showed that the residual stability of the three kinds of drainage epoxy asphalt mixture was similar,and the freeze-thaw splitting test showed that the residual strength of the type III drainage epoxy asphalt mixture was the highest.Finally,the functional properties of three different drainage epoxy asphalt mixtures were studied.The water permeability coefficient of three kinds of drainage epoxy asphalt mixture are all above 4400 ml/min,which is far greater than the required 3600 ml/min in the specifications,which show that the mixture has good seepage ability.The BPN value of the three kinds of drainage epoxy asphalt mixture are all above 60,and they also show good anti-skidding performance.The creep tests showed that the decay rate of the I type drainage epoxy asphalt mixture under load was the slowest.
