At present,China’s road traffic volume and serious overload has become a common phenomenon,making the road traffic pressure becomes more and more big,in order to ensure the stability and durability of asphalt pavement,reduce the damage of asphalt pavement,improve the performance of asphalt mixture is a better way.It is an important method to improve the pavement quality to improve the durability and stability of the pavement by means of new materials and new processes.Adding rock asphalt and epoxy resin into common asphalt mixture is an important way to improve the performance of asphalt mixture.At present,domestic and foreign researches on rock asphalt and epoxy resin are mostly limited to single modification,and there are few researches on composite modification of rock asphalt and epoxy resin.In this study,the road performance of common asphalt mixture was studied by adding butensite asphalt and epoxy resin of different proportions in turn in the post-mixing method.Through a series of comparative studies,the main contents and conclusions are as follows:With different proportions of cloth,rock asphalt and epoxy resin to improve the performance of asphalt mixture and rock asphalt and epoxy resin respectively according to 8% of rock asphalt and 40% of epoxy resin,8% of rock asphalt and 30%of epoxy resin,8% of rock asphalt and 20% of epoxy resin,6% of rock asphalt and40% of epoxy resin,6% of rock asphalt and 30% of epoxy resin,6% of rock asphalt and 20% of the proportion of epoxy resin to carry on the design,through standard Marshall test to determine asphalt mixture on the optimum proportion of AC-16.Through rutting test and immersion Marshall test,low-temperature bending test and four-point trabecular test respectively to investigate rock asphalt and high temperature performance of epoxy resin composite modified asphalt mixture,water stability performance,low temperature performance and fatigue performance,and then get the best rock asphalt and dosage of epoxy resin composite modified asphalt mixture ratio.The effect coefficient method was used to evaluate the different proportion of asphalt and epoxy resin composite modified asphalt mixture,which provided technical support and reference for the application and decision-making of asphalt and epoxy resin composite modified asphalt mixture.Through a series of experimental studies and comparative analysis of economic benefits,it is concluded that the pavement performance of asphalt and epoxy resin composite modified asphalt mixture is the highest when the content of 8% asphalt and30% epoxy resin are added.
