With the rapid development of science and technology,the transportation civil engineering industry and other disciplines have more cross,different professional fields need a large number of communication costs for collaborative design.Under the conventional two dimensional design mode,there is no effective information exchange in all fields,the cost of communication is high,and the production efficiency is low.The development of building information modeling(BIM)technology can integrate the information and data resources of different specialties together,cover the whole life cycle of the project,and make it possible to solve these problems.Based on the characteristics of road engineering and the requirements of road data content and integration,this paper makes a comprehensive and detailed study on the integration and development of road data,combining the three features of 3D visibility,data accuracy and integration and coordination of BIM technology.First,according to the theory and development trend of the BIM,the application of road direction is compared with the application of building direction.Based on the data accuracy,the latest frontier technology in the road field is explored.Secondly,the industrial basic standard of road data integration is studied,and the software of different BIM is classified.On the basis of this,the organization mode between data is established,and then,according to the data organization pattern and the characteristics of various software,the integration model suitable for road data is explored and compared with the traditional two dimensional CAD process,and the overall optimization of the road data integration is discussed in a practical case.Finally,with the two development technology of software,the component development of BIM road software,the development of plug-in and the panoramic development are carried out respectively,which embodies the application of components and plug-ins in the process of road data integration and the value of panorama in the direction of model display.This paper takes the modeling requirements of the BIM as a breakthrough point.After the analysis and research of various modeling software,we find out an integrated model of road data,and develop some software results.The development of components improves the degree of refinement of the model.The development of plug-in has greatly saved the time of data transcription,and the panoramic view is opened.Hair makes the model data lightweight and easy to display.This work has made useful explorations and contributions to the integrated application of BIM in the field of roads.
