Study On Choice Behavior Of Flexible Trip Mode Under The Price Regulation Strategy

With the acceleration of urbanization and motorization,urban congestion is becoming more and more serious.In the face of diversified trip modes,effective traffic demand management policy,especially price control strategy,is a powerful measure to alleviate traffic congestion by controlling mobile trip and attracting more users to choose green transportation.At the same time,with the improvement of living standard of residents,the proportion of flexible trip increases gradually,so the study of flexible trip is also more and more important.Based on the finite rational model under the prospect theory,the behavior of traveler’s trip mode was analyzed,choosing with the congestion pricing policy,green trip incentive policy and the combination of these two strategies.First,the influencing factors of traveler’s trip mode selection for the purpose of elastic demand were analyzed,and the influencing factors of trip decision behavior,and related research theories and methods were discussed.Based on the study of influencing factors of trip mode selection,a questionnaire was designed to investigate the preference of individual attributes,trip characteristics and price regulation strategy,then the three types of influencing factors were analyzed.Based on the results of the questionnaire survey,a reference point calculation model using the characteristics of individual attributes and trip characteristics was built,the subjective cost function was constructed with the relevant travel information and trip mode selection behavior,and the trip mode choice model with elastic demand could be constructed by using the prospect model.At the same time,the model was usesd to predict the traveler’s trip mode choice behavior,and the value function related parameters was also adjusted.The obtained model was carried on an example analysis to discuss the significance and applicability of the model.Using this model,we can analyze the influence of the strategy before implementing different price regulation strategies,and get relevant quantitative conclusions.At the same time,by adjusting the input different information of models,the model can be studied for different groups,and the basis of the choice and implementation of price regulation strategy can be given.
