Applying glue to the end cover is an important step in the production process of wiper motor,the quality of applying glue directly affects the reliability and life of motor,and precise and stable automation for applying glue can greatly improve the production efficiency and quality of the motor end cover.Time-pressure dispensing technology is the most widely used automatic dispensing technology in industrial production,with its simple structure,convenient operation,low cost and strong adaptability.However,there are still problems that too much affect the amount of glue in the time-pressure dispensing technology,the colloidal flow process is complex and the consistency of glue drops is poor.So it is difficult to achieve precise quantitative applying glue.Scholars have proposed some colloidal flow models,but it is not comprehensive to consider the influencing factors.In order to develop a highly efficient and stable automatic designing technology equipment,designning of mechanical structure and control system were conducted.The process of colloidal flow is studied by means of theoretical analysis,modeling and simulation analysis.First this paper introduces the research background,significance and history of glue technology.It also compares and analyzes the main types and advantages and disadvantages of point glue in industrial production.It emphatically discuss the problems existing in the application of time-pressure dispensing technology,list the flow model and process control method proposed by domestic and foreign researchers for time-pressure dispensing technology process and analyze the problems of various models in depth.Second,the mechanical structure design of the machine is carried out according to the technical requirements.This paper adopting the modular design idea,and decompose the whole machine into four modules: rubber mixing module,dispensing module,tray module and transportation module.Specific functions of each module are designed in detail.Then,based on fluid characteristics of the colloids,problem of quantitative gelatinization of glue module was studied.Based on the reasonable assumption,the fluid model and the colloidal motion model of glue process are established,and the transfer function of the colloidal motion is obtained.Based on CFX,the colloidal flow model was established,and the velocity distribution of colloid flow field was solved by establishing reasonable boundary conditions.The approximate relationship between the amount of glue and the inlet pressure,and the inner diameter of the needle and the length of the needle was analyzed by the control variable method.It is of reference significance to control the time control of glue.Finally,the control system of automatic dispensing technology equipment based on PLC is designed..Suitable PLC and moto were select,the design of hardware system for equipment control was conduct,and the software system and flow of automatic point glue equipment design was completed.
