| With the continuous deepening of medical reform,the total number of medical and health institutions is increasing year by year.A large number of medical personnel with professional skills carry out the work of artificial dispensing intravenous drip drugs in the dispensing room,and some studies show that it is a tedious and dangerous work.At present,the mode of intravenous drug dispensing for toxic side effects has gradually evolved from the general therapeutic room dispensing mode to the centralized dispensing mode of intravenous drug dispensing center,which can effectively reduce the factors of unsafe medication,but the injury to dispensing personnel still exists.Therefore,it is very necessary to develop a safe,efficient,low-cost micro blender which can replace manual operation.The automatic dispensing machine for intravenous medication can not only prevent the contamination of drug solution,reduce the labor intensity of medical staff and ensure their health,but also improve the dispensing efficiency,standardize the dispensing process,accurately use the dosage,and ensure the timeliness and effectiveness of patients’ medication.At present,most of the automatic dispensing machines for intravenous drugs on the market are floor-based,large in size and high in price,which increases the difficulty of medical reform.Moreover,the dispensing machines on the market need at least four axes to realize the automatic dispensing of drugs.The dispensing machine designed in this subject reduces one axis on the premise of meeting the function,greatly reducing the cost and the difficulty of the control system.By studying the working principle and structure of dispensing machine at home and abroad,this paper summarizes the dispensing process of most vials.The dispensing machine is divided into bottle clamping module,puncture module,pumping module,shaking module and bottle withdrawing module.The requirements of shaking module,bottle clamping module,bottle withdrawing module and pumping module are analyzed respectively.Then the key parameters are listed and Solid Works is used Three dimensional modeling design structure,and finally make the overall mechanical structure design.For the spring clamp of the core part of the machine,its clamping force is the key point.Too small will cause the cylinder to be thrown out by centrifugal force during the shaking process,too large to make the feeding laborious and the bottle withdrawing mechanism unable to make the cylinder push out smoothly.The FEA software ANSYS is used to analyze and optimize the spring clamp structure,which verifies the feasibility of the spring clamp.Finally,a prototype was successfully trial produced.During the trial operation of the dispensing machine,the time for two bottles of powder was about half a minute,and the dispensing time was greatly improved. |
