Project Management Of Trouble-shooting During An Aeroengine Development

The biggest stumbling block in the area of aero-engine development,is those malfunctions which should be solved in the first time.This thesis made a research based on the management of the process of trouble-shooting exclusion,focuses on organizational structure,planning?supply chain and quality management.The theories,technical route and implementation plan is as followings:In terms of Organizational Structure,when the process of trouble-shooting of a special research activity is time limited with heavy workload and superior difficulties,its organizational structure emphasizes on the centralization and unification of human resources and unit-across integration.After comparing the characteristic of several types of organizational structure,such as weak matrix,strong matrix and project,I found out that the best the process of trouble-shootingIn terms of Planning Management,breaking up the tasks of Exposure by WBS,and identifying the critical path by “Project”software to shorten the trouble-shooting.In terms of Supply Chain Management,the development of engine is based on the internal AECC with a typical planned economy mode.Using the management mode that the supplier can participate in the process of trouble-shooting to achieve the deep integration with the development organizations,and have a win-win cooperation in making design plan,process plan and purchasing workblank in advance.In terms of Quality Management,improved the review and approval procedure based on the quality management system of the project,and applied the FMECA analyzing system in the project,to exposure the problems.In the meantime,through the research of the the process of trouble-shooting,to find some good ways to apply to other projects.
