The competition of modern enterprises is essentially the competition of talents.Especially for companies with high technology content,the importance of R&D talents is particularly prominent.The strengths and weaknesses of R&D talents are directly related to the R&D situation and core competitiveness of the company,which in turn affects its economic benefits.Therefore,for high-tech enterprises,the importance of R&D talents is self-evident.How to effectively motivate R&D personnel while retaining R&D personnel has become a key consideration for every high-tech enterprise.The Nuclear Power Institute H Institute,which is studied in this paper,is one of the representatives of high-tech enterprises.Through the research on the salary system of the scientific research personnel of the Nuclear Power Institute,it helps the nuclear power institute H to find the compensation system of scientific research personnel,and then gives corresponding improvement measures.This will help the Nuclear Power Institute H to improve the work motivation and enthusiasm of scientific research personnel,and achieve the purpose of promoting the better development of the nuclear power institute H.Specifically,this paper analyzes the status quo of the compensation system of Nuclear Power Institute H,and combines questionnaires and interviews to find that the nuclear power institute has a low overall salary level,a single salary composition,and a lack of incentives for compensation.Based on the investigation of the reasons,combined with the actual situation of the Nuclear Power Institute H,the optimization proposal of the salary system of the scientific research personnel of the Nuclear Power Institute is given.Specifically,the following suggestions are included: raising the salary level and enhancing external competitiveness;enriching the salary composition and increasing the long-term salary;strengthening the salary composition and performance linkage,and improving the incentive.Finally,this paper also designed an improved salary system for the actual situation of Nuclear Power Institute H,including short-term salary,long-term salary,diversified benefits,etc.,hoping to further help the Nuclear Power Institute H to optimize the compensation system to retain R & D personnel.To improve the purpose of its compensation system.
