The instruments play an important role in the Information Industry,which have a great promotion for economic development.The development level of the instruments reflects scientific and technological development level and the synthetic national power of a country.The complex instruments have the characteristics of nonlinearity,time-varying,opening,function coupling and so on.In other words,they have the basic characteristics of complex electromechanical system.Because the instrument is widely used in various fields,the design methods of Instruments have been paid more and more attention.However,the function of instruments is increasing,and the characteristics of nonlinear,time-varying,opening and function coupling are particularly prominent in the system.If they are not properly handled,it may increase the design-centric complexity and the design difficulty.At the same time,function is the core of conceptual design in product design.The traditional function analysis is to decompose the total function or system to the functional element or element.It not only can not reflect the important characteristics of nonlinear,time-varying,opening and function coupling,but it also has not method of function analysis for new instrumentation systems or new products.Therefore,it is of great significance to study of instrument function analysis based on design-centric complexity theory.This paper is combined with the traditional functional analysis based on design-centric complexity theory,and integrates design-centric complexity theory and TRIZ.It is established to a functional analysis process model for instruments.In this paper,firstly,the relationship between complex instruments and complex electromechanical systems is analyzed.And it introduces the Design-Centric Complexity theory,function analysis and so on.Secondly,considering the characteristics of nonlinearity,function coupling and so on in the instrument system,it is put forward based on the traditional functional analysis to complex electromechanical system functional decomposition process model integration of Design-Centric Complexity and TRIZ and a new method of the function analysis for new product(new instrument system).Thirdly,the function analysis method is used to reduce the design-centric complexity of the instrument system,and the instrument system function period is established.Finally,due to the existence of function coupling in material metering,the function of the congee automatic batching system is analyzed.Then the overall design scheme is determined and the hardware and software of the system are designed,which verify the scientific nature of the proposed method.
