Bored pile is a type of piles that is defined according to the pile-forming method.It has highly adaptable,has little impact on the surrounding environment,has a low risk of damage to the surrounding buildings,pavement facilities or underground facilities,has a strong Seismic anti-cracking performance.The construction machinery for bored piles is relatively simple and can be piled under relatively low clearance conditions.The operation is relatively easy and the construction is characterized by low noise,no vibration and no ground uplift or lateral displacement.Therefore,it is widely used in various buildings at home and abroad,it gets the most extensive application.Although the technology of bored piles is relatively mature,due to the hole formed in the ground and the factors that affect the piling of piles,there are many factors such as the different geological conditions of the project,the different performance of the construction machinery,Reinforcing cage production and welding of different proficiency,on-site technician management level and technical level and construction experience,such as uneven,improper and improper handling of irrigation construction of improper and so on,which are affecting the construction progress and Construction quality;poor construction site pavement,will affect the normal pouring of concrete construction,and construction of heavy rain or rainy weather on the pile foundation reinforced cage hole welding and concrete normal perfusion;from the bored pile into the hole.The concrete pouring time varies,the concrete supply speed and various properties,including slump,as well as other specific construction environment is different and other factors,resulting in collapsible hole,shrinkage hole,pile position of the pile,the case of serious pile Base in the cap,the pile embedded in mud,sediment,concrete pouring insufficient,perfusion occurs Tube blockage,and even cause the catheter.Transcendence case off piles have also occurred,which not only give companies cause economic losses,but also cause delays affect the construction schedule and so on.Therefore,it is a very prominent and urgent issue to strengthen the construction process of the bored pilesin the construction process,strengthen the process control of the bored piles and ensure the construction quality of the pile foundation.In this paper,a lot of detailed information about the bored pile foundation are referenced.Starting from the factors that weaken the bearing capacity of the pile,the construction process of the bored pile is carefully studied and summarized according to the actual situation during construction.Strengthen the control of all aspects of the bored piles before construction and all aspects of the construction process,as well as the protection of pile foundation after completion of the construction,and summarizes the construction quality control of a relatively detailed and comprehensive bored piles system to give an empirical insight into the prevention and treatment of the frequently occurring problems and carry out thorough and thorough examination of construction records,concrete perfusion records and records of pile foundation inspection for pile foundations with unqualified pile foundation or bearing capacity not meeting design requirements analysis,and gives detailed and specific solutions and methods to sum up the experience of knowledge and skills.Finally,based on the above theoretical knowledge,combined with the specific conditions of Langxi Road II-Viaduct project,it provides theoretical and technical support and guidance for the construction of the bored pile foundation in Langxi Road.Based on the final pile foundation test results and analysis.
