Along with the increasingly serious environmental pollution and scarce resource,people have paid more and more attention to energy conservation and emissions reduction.Heat pump(HP)technology has been gradually popularized in recent years,such as air source heat pump(ASHP)technology,wastewater source heat pump(WSHP)technology,ground source heat pump(GSHP)technology and underground water source heat pump(UWSHP)technology.Among all these heat pump technologies,ASHP and WSHP technologies play an important role.This article proposes a dual heat source heat pump bath unit with preheater which is feasible for a single family.The system effectively integrates air source heat pump(ASHP)technology and wastewater source heat pump(WSHP)technology.The system incorporates a preheater to recover shower wastewater heat and thus improves total coefficient of performance(COP)of the system,and it has no electric auxiliary heating device,which is favorable to improve the security of the system operation.First,the process simulation software ASPEN PLUS was used to simulate various cases of the system,to analyze the impact of preheater on system and to optimize the system.Secondly,after completing the design of system components,the experimental system was built to get experimental data of various schemes and to verify the feasibility of the system.When the experimental system had the preheater,air source evaporator,wastewater source evaoporator and the double-pipe condenser,COP of the system in experimenting reached the largest value of 6.388 at the bath water temperature of 40?,the bath water flow rate of 6L/min and air temperature of 26.5?.When the system had the preheater,the air source evaporator and the wastewater source evaporator,COP of system with immersed condenser was 4.836 on average,while COP of it with double-pipe condenser was 5.112,increased by 5.8%.Combing immersed condenser system data and double-pipe condenser system data,when the system had the preheater,the air source evaporator and the wastewater source evaporator,COP of the system was 4.978 on average:(1)COP of the system without preheater was 4.552 on average,decreased by 9.2%;(2)COP of the system without air source evaporator was 4.633 on average,decreased by 7.3%.At last,as the system had the preheater,the air source evaporator and the wastewater source evaporator,it was concluded that in the experimental data total heat capacity decreased;power consumption increased;and COP of the system decreased,comparing to the simulation data.COP of the simulation data was 5.265 on average;COP of the experimental data was 4.978,decreased by 5.5%.
