As an important basic equipment in the construction of smart grid,smart meter undertakes the tasks of original electric energy data acquisition and measurement,It can complete the task of measuring,monitoring and exchanging information of electric parameters.At present,the main problems of most smart meters in China are as follows:the traditional single-chip microcomputer is slow in operation,and its on-chip resources are small,It is difficult to apply to the environment with high accuracy and real-time information interaction.;the harmonics in the power grid are increasingly affecting the quality of electric energy,most of the domestic measurement methods are analog multiplication.With the advent of the Internet of Things,more and more wireless technologies are applied to smart meters,while the wireless meter reading schemes based on ZigBee,WiFi and other technologies have short communication distance.The equipment is cumbersome,the network routing is complex,and the anti-interference ability is weak.Aiming at the above problems,we design and develop a smart meter system based on ARM.Firstly,the chip architecture of the system is studied.The STM32 series ARM chip and ATT7022 E special energy metering chip are used as the core chip of the meter,which can greatly simplify the hardware structure of the meter,have higher metering accuracy and effectively reduce power consumption.Secondly,the communication module of smart meter system is improved,and wireless data transmission module is used instead of wire communication.LoRa wireless module is used for networking to save the convenience of installation and maintenance.The data of each meter is collected through the LoRa gateway and charged remotely to make the meter receive and send data more reliable.Finally,the overall structure design scheme of the system is established,the hardware system is modularized,and the underlying driver and application program are compiled and developed.Then,combined with the hardware platform debugging,through harmonic measurement experiment,data are collected,and the relationship between harmonic and meter measurement accuracy is analyzed,which verifies the proposed method.The FFT algorithm and window interpolation algorithm are used to analyze the feasibility of harmonic effects on power quality.The experimental results show that the measurement error accords with the national standard and proves the feasibility of the design.And the LoRa wireless module is used for networking,which realizes the characteristics of long communication distance,low power consumption and good real-time performance.
