The structure of the assembly is the structural system of the country vigorously promoted,and it is the development trend of the construction industry.Reinforced concrete laminated panels are part of the assembly of the overall structure,but also the most representative of a form.For a long time,a large number of research institutes and experts on the reinforced concrete laminated plate carried out a large number of experimental research and theoretical analysis.Most of the existing literatures are mostly prestressed structural systems,and the lattice-type reinforced concrete superstructures are mostly structural,and the structural properties of the structures are similar to those of the composite laminates.Prestressed laminated structure has significant advantages,but the construction process and process are complex,the construction period is longer than ordinary reinforced concrete structure,the thickness of the floor than the ordinary concrete floor to be larger.On the basis of the results of many studies,this paper presents a new type of reinforced concrete partial laminated plate,which has the advantages of simple construction technology,low construction difficulty,saving construction materials,improving labor efficiency and shortening construction period.To carry out its analysis of the bending performance,and its experimental study.In this paper,the bending performance test of five new reinforced concrete partial laminated plates is carried out.Among them,three are simple and simple single-span plates,two are double-continuous and continuous laminated plates.The prefabricated base plate thickness is made of partial prefabricated and prefabricated combination,And in the whole prefabricated plate thickness in the opening hole.The failure modes,fracture distribution and deflection deformation of the three stages from cracking,yielding to ultimate bearing are analyzed.Concerned about the part of the laminated plate can meet the normal work,overlapping area connection is valid.Some suggestions are given for the construction of unidirectional partial laminated plates,some suggestions for designing and calculating methods,and the structural examples are studied.So as to propose the design of two-way partial laminated plate,design and calculation methods.The experimental results show that the new type of reinforced concrete composite section is feasible,the performance of the laminated surface is good,there is no shear failure phenomenon,and the performance of the whole cast-in-place concrete structure is very small.The unique design of the perforated structure has little effect on the bending performance of the component,which not only reduces the concrete construction workload,but also reduces the weight load of the component,but also facilitates the laying and construction of the house hydropower.Part of the laminated plate after the connection,the rebar are yield phenomenon,can work with concrete and normal.It has the characteristics of two-stage stress,which is simple and simple,and the degree of "cross-stress super-advance" of the whole laminated plate is reduced to a certain extent,which accords with the law of internal force redistribution.Can be used for engineering design reference.
