The steel-concrete composite reinforcement method is a new type of reinforcement technology which is gradually developed in the bridge engineering through the reasonable use of materials.In order to analyze the adaptability of the reinforcement method in practical engineering,this thesis firstly analyzes the research of the numerical simulation of rectangular beam where the steel-concrete composite reinforcement method was used.Further on the basis of the simulation research and engineering practice,the reinforcement program is proposed and the reinforcement effect of steel-concrete combination is analyzed.In this thesis,the reinforced concrete rectangular beam with steel-concrete composite is used as the object of study.To study the condition of the beam's load,the concrete thickness and the thickness of the steel plate,the nonlinear constitutive relation of the material is considered by using the finite element software.Therefore,the effectiveness of the steel-concrete composite reinforcement method in improving the bearing capacity of the beam is systematically studied.Besides,the finite element simulation analysis of the empty steel box is carried out to study the effect of reducing the weight of concrete on the combined reinforcement.In addition,this thesis analyzes the possible stripping damage caused by stress stripping when the steel-concrete composite reinforcement method is used.Based on the study of the reinforced concrete beam using steel-concrete composite reinforcement method,the main weaknesses of a practical plate bridge are analyzed.Moreover,two kinds of steel-concrete composite reinforcement schemes are developed,and the finite element software is used to simulate and analyze the effect of the reinforcement.The result shows that the steel-concrete composite reinforcement method can effectively improve the flexural capacity of reinforced concrete beams,increase the stiffness of the strengthened beams,and improve the mechanical performance of the beams.The steel plate at the bottom of the beam can reduce the tensile stress of the original beam concrete,inhibit the crack development at the bottom of the beam,and reduce the mid-span deflection of the strengthened beam under load.
