The Inspiration Of Marx And Engels's Talent Thoughts On The Training Of Higher Engineering Talents In China

The era of knowledge-driven economy has come,science and technology innovation moving forward at an unprecedented speed,the intersection of emerging technologies and integration of engineering and technology to promote the field of industrial upgrading and structural changes.The role of higher engineering talents in leading social development and meeting social needs is becoming more and more prominent.However,due to the fact that China's higher engineering education does not straighten out the relationship between innovation and application,there is irrationality in the orientation of educational orientation and training objectives,which leads to the structural imbalance of higher engineering talents,which do not satisfy the social demand for higher engineering talents,did not achieve the individual's free and comprehensive development.In the analysis of the problem of higher engineering talents training in China,the paper draws lessons from the thinking of Marx and Engels.Marx and Engels insisted on the philosophical view of dialectical materialism and historical materialism,profoundly analyzed the essence of human beings,emphasized the leading role of talent in social development,discussed the stipulation of talents in terms of knowledge,ability and quality,attached importance to practical and innovative ability,and clarified the relationship between man and nature,people and people and society.This paper uses the method of literature research,method of comparative research and method of combining theory with reality,combines the thought of Marx and Engels with the problems existing in the process of the training of higher engineering talents in our country,and explore a path of higher engineering talent training suitable for China's national conditions.
