In today's society,the rapid growth of the number of cars,the serious shortage of parking facilities and the lack of urban land resources directly lead to the problem of urban parking is becoming increasingly serious.The emerging three-dimensional parking mode and its facilities can effectively alleviate or even solve the parking problem,which is one of the effective solutions to the parking problem in today's society.It will make full use of the extremely limited urban land area and maximize the storage of vehicles according to the advantages of space.Based on the hardware of SIMATIC S7-1200 PLC,HMI and PC,this paper studies and designs the intelligent solid garage control system.Firstly,this paper studies the application status and development prospects of the three-dimensional garage at home and abroad,and then analyzes the functional requirements of the PSH three-dimensional garage and the control requirements of the control system.Based on this,the overall design of intelligent automatic garage control system is put forward.At the same time,the in-situ standby strategy and the optimization of parking space scheduling control are adopted in the vehicle access strategy,which improves the storage capacity and efficiency of the three-dimensional garage and achieves high efficiency and energy saving.Then the hardware and software of the project are introduced and designed.Hardware design includes three parts: detection,control and execution.The detection part uses a variety of sensors,such as proximity switch,photoelectric switch and limit switch,to realize the detection and collection of garage status information.The control part chooses SIMATIC S7-1200 as the controller,and establishes PROFINET communication between HMI and PC through Ethernet to realize data and signal communication.The execution part includes the motor,safety hook,safety lever and other action mechanisms,and executes the action instructions of the controller to realize the correct and safe operation of the three-dimensional garage.According to the function and control requirements of the three-dimensional garage,the software design includes three parts: control program function module design,HMI configuration interface design and PC configuration interface design?Function module programming,including sensor self-diagnosis,automatic control,manual control,reset and so on;HMI configuration interface design mainly includes initialization,automatic operation,manual operation and waiting for the completion of the operation of variable correlation and screen editing;The configuration interface design of PC includes welcome interface,real-time monitoring interface of solid garage status,automatic operation interface,manual operation interface and system management interface.Finally,the intelligent stereo garage control system is simulated and debugged.After many amendments and improvements,The final debugging results show that the control system runs correctly and smoothly,the relevant monitoring interface is concise and friendly,and all the design functions have achieved the desired results.The intelligent automatic three-dimensional garage control system designed in this paper actively promotes the improvement and even solution of the urban parking problem,which has strong practicability and practical significance.
