The Research Of Electric Vehicle Rental System's Application In Zibo

The promotion of pure electric vehicle as one of the effective measures to cope with environmental problems,recently has been widely supported by the national and local government of China.However,limited by the existing technical level,pure electric vehicle's marketization is never easy.Meanwhile,the emergence of pure electric vehicles' rental program to a certain extent offered a solution to the problem.Especially for pure electric vehicle's time-sharing system,people have been highly attracted by its high efficiency and friendly cost.And also,it has become a significant measure to promote the popularization of pure electric vehicle under the existing condition of technology and market.A large number of enterprises,in the past a few years,have been exploring the suitable way to promote and to operate the pure electric vehicles' time-sharing program worldwide.While studying on the subject,this paper studied the existing typical cases worldwide,researched on the status of urban development,road transportation,resource endowment and policy environment of Zibo,with extracting and analyzing those mainly inscape and key factors.Specifically,this paper firstly expounded the meaning of pure electric vehicle's time-sharing system,and then,had a research on the existing typical cases at home and abroad and carried on the conclusion and extraction of the maim inscape and key factors.On the same time,this paper researched on the status of urban development,road transportation,resource endowment and policy environment of Zibo.Then,based on the above research result,the design of pure electric vehicle's time-sharing system's application in Zibo is carried out,which includes the car rental rules,charging infrastructure and App's construction.At the same time,to help in risk prevention for the system and support measures for the government,this paper put forward some suggestions and advises.In the end,the research results are summarized,and the expectation of pure electric vehicle's time-sharing system is developed.
