The young consumer groups want to have personalized products that can express themselves,to highlight their own unique and taste,and personalized printing happens to meet the emotional needs of such users,but the domestic personalized printing platforms are not satisfactory from the products to service experience.Therefore,this paper applies the service design to the field of personalized printing.Through the research on the service contact points in the printing process and under the conditions that predecessors do not summarize fundamental theories,this paper puts forward service design principle aiming at individuation printing.In this paper,through the research of service design contact points,it is analyzed that the user experience also changes in the conversion process from the contact point to the touch point.In the process of researching the target users,the strong demands of users on product quality,display effect,operation experience,after-sales service and other aspects are shown by task analysis,questionnaire survey,user interviews,situation analysis and other research methods.Based on this study,the personalized print service flow chart and the service blueprint are drawn,and there is an overall plan for a personalized print service flow.By the comprehensive analysis of users and products,users and shopping platform and other key contact points,the directions needing optimizing in the personalized service are summarized and the system service model is established.In the practical stage,the targeted improved design is done through applying service blueprint to Netease Impressionist LOMO card product.In product material object,new brand symbol,product use method and development and innovation model are designed;in the software design,the mobile phone interface with the personalized printing is designed again,the operation links is simplified and the usability of the software is improved.In the product display,combined with virtual reality technology,the printing experience of the users has been greatly improved.Through the research questionnaire,user interviews and other methods,the results of practice are verified.The evaluation results show that the service blueprint can effectively optimize the personalized printed products.The degree of satisfaction of the users for physical product,and the learnability,usability and availability of the software are greatly improved.
