At present,the application of plastic formwork was in the promotion stage.Further research,which is improvement of the properties of plastic formwork or the reinforcement of plastic formwork,was needed.Based on the project of technology and innovation industry hatching area in Tongliao city of Inner Mongolia,application of plastic formwork in housing construction projects was studied.On the basis of reading a large amount of literature,theoretical calculation,numerical calculation and field survey,etc.were used for this study with the starting point is the reinforcing mode of plastic stencil.A new frame column plastic formwork system was presented with optimizing the reinforcement and sealing device of frame column.The strength and deflection of the proposed new plastic template system were checked.The results show that the proposed plastic formwork system meets the requirements of bearing capacity and deformation.This lays the foundation for engineering application of the proposed plastic formwork system.A numerical calculation model was established and a holistic analysis was made for the proposed plastic formwork system.By comparing the displacement and stress of the plastic formwork under the conditions of different column spacing and plate thickness,the rationalization of the design of the plastic formwork was proposed.The accuracy of numerical calculation was verified by comparing with the results of engineering calculation.Numerical results show that the displacement distribution of the plastic template system is not affected by the spacing of the column and the thickness of the plate,and the distribution of the stress of the von-Mises is affected.Special attention should be paid to the strength of the plastic plate of the flat iron when the spacing of the column is smaller or the thickness of the template is thinner.The joint of the column hoop has a high effective stress,which should ensure the effective connection of the column and guarantee the strength.The effective connection of the column hoops should be guaranteed to ensure the strength,because the joint of the column hoop has a high stress.The control of plastic panel deflection and the bending stress of the vertical are the key points in the design of plastic formwork.The optimal thickness of the plastic panel should be sought to ensure that the deflection of the plastic pan el meets the standard requirements,and the construction enterprise can achieve better economic benefits.The control of column spacing is the key point of the bending stress and shear stress control of the plastic formwork system.Under the premise of ens uring deflection,the column spacing can be increased appropriately which reduces the workload.The proposed plastic template system was successfully applied to the project in Tongliao city.The national utility model patent was obtained which name is a kind of strengthening and sealing devices for frame-column template in building engineering.The patent number is "201520701668.9".The application of plastic formwork was described from the construction general arrangement,construction preparation,installation process,demolition and stacking,installation quality requirements,installation safety technical measures,etc.The technical and economic advantages of using plastic templates were analyzed.This lays a good foundation for the project in Tongliao city and provides experience for other projects.
