In view of the fact that there are many smooth limit gauges that need to be calibrated in the process of mechanical manufacturing.The calibrating of the gauge includes size,geometric error and roughness.However,traditional approach has a number of problems,such as only checking single item at one time with long cycle,and the dispersity of measuring data making it difficult to carry out the quality analysis,etc.Therefore,it is necessary to develop a set of rapid and comprehensive gauge verification system,which can calibrate the geometric error,size and roughness of the gauge within a certain specification by one clamping,and process,analyze and store the measurement data on the upper computer.This project is digitized on the basis of the existing measuring equipment in the enterprise.The displacement of the measured gauge is realized by the automatic control mode,and the laser ranging technique is used to obtain the outline information of the gauge.And finally,a system based on laser detection is mainly developed.This system consists of roughness measuring module,so as to finish the measurement of roughness.The main contents include:1)By analyzing the actual demand of the enterprise,a set of overall scheme of the mechatronics gauge verification system with fast speed and high precision is put forward.Using the exist equipment to measure smaller diameter gauge,for others,adopting 2D laser scanning sensor to extract the edge information of gauges,and obtain the corresponding data by comparing.The roughness are processed by rough measurement module.2)Design a set of special fixture and the translation and rotation mechanism,including the control circuit of the motion mechanism and the communication circuit between the upper computer and the measuring device.3)Complete the development of the verification system software,point out the verification process and the kind of the database to manage the measurement data.4)Experiments are carried out to verify the key functions of the system.By using MATLAB to process the experimental data,after discussing,the feasibility of the system program is verified;and a detailed research on the uncertainty of the system is conducted,and finally,the actual measurement accuracy of the system is gived. |
