| This topic comes from the enterprise of Han Zhong Miter Long Gong Measuring Instrument,the accuracy of smooth limit gauge is required in ±0.5?m during the fine grinding process when the smooth limit gauge is manufactured in the company,which need to remove the work-piece from grinding machine to be tested meet by the optical instrument for meeting the requirement of grind repeatedly.That seriously influences the production efficiency.Given the production site condition,with unused optical amplification or other structure,using the circuit can take up less space.The instrument not only reach the precision of detection,but also not affect the field production by adopting the combination of mechanical and circuit control method.the main research contents of the paper as follow:1)make measuring scheme.the scheme should meet the accuracy measuring requirement of ±0.5?m and not affect the production the processing field of machine tool.The high sensitivity materials elastic element and signal conditioning circuit is adopted by the detection device to ensure the accuracy of the input signal and the space less taken up by overall testing instrument.2)Design of the hardware mechanical mechanism of measurement system.A differe ntial screw drive fine-tuning structure and different elastic beam is designed to meet the pr ecision.Also the theory force of different elastic beams is analyzed and ANSYS simulation is made.3)Design of the hardware circuit of measurement system,the input signal of measurement is amplified by AD623.The AD conversion is done by AD7896.The digital potentiometer MCP42100 and MCP42010 is respectively used to level bridge and amplification for the input signal.Building a circuit for signal disposal using single-chip microcomputer for control.4)Design of the software of measurement system.C language programming is used to finish the signal?calculation?display?and other functions?5)Calibration of instruments,test the relationship between the displacement and the output signal. |
