With the reformation of Chinese low-altitude airspace management and the introduction of new policies,general aviation has started its rapid growth in China.However,in faced with the complexity of low-altitude airspace environment and the influences of various random factors,it will be a challenge to conduct low-altitude air traffic management in security as well as in high efficiency.This paper researches the changing pattern of flight situation under the influence of random factors,using mathematical modeling,system simulation and numerical analysis.Firstly,the complex low-altitude airspace environment is analyzed.The basic flight behavior model and the centralized multi-aircraft conflict resolution model are introduced.Based on complex adaptive system theory,the aircraft agent and the corresponding conflict detection and resolution logic are established.The complex low-altitude flight simulation platform is developed written in C# programming language.Secondly,the characteristics of complex low-altitude random factors such as thunder storm,UAV,and terrain are analyzed,and the representation models of these random factors are established.The evaluation parameters in three areas,including basic,safety and efficiency,are collected and the evaluation indicators are introduced.Finally,based on the complex low-altitude simulation platform and the evaluation indicators,by means of system simulation and numerical analysis,the influence of random factors to flight situation in complex low-altitude airspace are researched.
