With the transformation of the domestic economic model from industrial economy to knowledge economy,knowledge has gradually become a new strategic resource for enterprises.But the growing knowledge resources,the diversification of existence of knowledge,and the lack of effective ways to store and manage knowledge,make users difficult to obtain required knowledge resources from a large number of knowledge resources quickly and efficiently.In addition,it is not conducive to the sharing and reuse of knowledge resources,and unable to improve the efficiency of product design effectively.The current traditional steam turbine process design can't meet the rapid response to market.In order to realize the sharing of design resources inter enterprise,and adapt to the personalized demand of the steam turbine enterprise,and provide the effective process knowledge service for users,designing process of steam turbine based on knowledge recommendation technology is analyzed in this paper.Modeling and description method are studied,especially for process knowledge recommendation model and recommendation algorithm.Steam turbine process knowledge recommendation system is designed.The main works of this paper are as follows:(1)A framework for the recommendation system of steam turbine process knowledge is established based on the study of application mode of steam turbine process knowledge service,by comparing and analyzing the process knowledge activities between process design of the steam turbine based on knowledge recommendation technology and the traditional process design.(2)To solve the problem of multi-source heterogeneous in steam turbine process knowledge,construction method of process ontology knowledge base is studied,by analyzing and obtaining process knowledge of steam turbine.The ontology knowledge base of steam turbine is built by using ontology technology.The formal and standardized description of the process knowledge of the steam turbine is realized,and the basic data for the recommendation service of steam turbine process knowledge is provided.(3)Spreading activation model is studied.Steam turbine process knowledge recommendation model is constructed by combining process knowledge context with steam turbine domain ontology.Matching algorithm based on domain ontology and process knowledge context is proposed.Dynamic recommendation method of steam turbine process knowledge is studied by combining steam turbine process knowledge recommendation model with stratified matching algorithm.An example is used to verify the feasibility and effectiveness of this method.(4)Steam turbine process knowledge recommendation system is designed and developed based on the theory research,combined with demand analysis of steam turbine process knowledge recommendation system.Taking the process planning of the blade of a steam turbine as a case,the application is carried out by using process knowledge recommendation service.
