The Yangtze river is the main artery of the east and west of China,and the problem of "obstruction" in its channel greatly restricts the development of large scale ships,and the construction of large artificial watercourses in the middle has been put on the agenda.The proposed Yangtze river artificial waterway is located in the area of Zhicheng to Paizhouwan,Hubei province.The total length of the route is about 230 km,and it will become one of the new navigation environment conditions for the development of the Yangtze river in the future.The relationship between the artificial waterway and ship type is adaptive,therefore,it is of vital significance to conduct research on the future ship type navigating in the Yangtze River artificial waterway.The existing method of ship type demonstration is mainly based on established navigation facilities and the existing standards,aimed at ship's unilateral adaptation to the navigation facilities,and analyzes influence from the navigation facilities on the development of the ship type,which is considered as the boundary conditions of ship type demonstration.That kind of method does little research on the mutual influence between the ship and the channel.Therefore,based on the theoretical analysis and numerical simulation,this paper studies the idea and method of the ship type demonstration,and establishes the comprehensive evaluation index system.Focusing on the analysis of the correlation between artificial waterway dimensions and ship type parameter,the key correlation model is built,and the ship type coordinated with the artificial water scale is eventually recommend.The research results can provide support for the construction of the artificial waterway and for the design of the future ship type,and also provide new ideas for similar research.Firstly,this paper expounds the purpose and significance of the research,and the research status is realized at home and abroad,and the research direction is made clear.Based on the analysis of the navigation environment conditions of the future ship type of the Yangtze river,the limitation conditions of the ship and the scale range of artificial waterway are preliminarily proposed.Secondly,on the analysis of the existing ship type demonstration method inapplicable to the future ship type,improved ship type demonstration idea and method is put forward on the basis of the idea of the adaptive relationship between the artificial waterway and ship type.The idea of the key correlation model is made clear,and a comprehensive evaluation index system is established.The computational fluid dynamics method is used to do numerical simulation on ship's sailing in different cases.And the calculation results and the relevant achievements are combined to establish the key correlation model based on the coefficient of navy,subsidence and wave height at the bank.Finally,based on the integrated research results,the comparatively excellent ship type and the corresponding channel scale of each ton level are calculated,and the feasibility and validity of proposed,improved ship type demonstration method are verified.
