| In order to put into appropriate power quality control scheme and realize power quality governance decision support when power quality problems occur in distributed grid,a decision support system based on the fuzzy expert system is proposed. For all kinds of power quality problems in the distributed grid,by calculating and analyzing the types of power quality indexes, the candidate control schemes are obtained. Then, the cost-benefit analysis of power quality alternative governance options is carried out: 1)the quality loss function is used to evaluate the economic benefit for power quality control;2)the cost benefit of power quality control is evaluated by net present value method, and the cost benefit comparison value of each corresponding power quality treatment scheme is obtained. On basis of obtaining the economic cost and the benefit of the alternative control scheme,a new fuzzy expert system is put forward, which considers both the technical and economical efficiency of the treatment scheme. The technical and economic indexes of power quality are inputted into the new fuzzy expert system for fuzzy reasoning, analysis. The effective and economic recommendation scheme for power quality control of the target power network can be outputted, and the function of auxiliary decision support for power quality governance scheme can be achieved. To validate the effectiveness of the decision support system,a decision-making example of power quality index deviation in 10 kV power network is introduced. The case analysis shows that it is feasible to apply the proposed decision-making system based on fuzzy expert system for power quality control decision support, and the optimal governance scheme can be obtained. |
