Intelligent Inspecting System Of Air Traffic Management

The task of Air Traffic Management is to conduct the aircraft to take off,fly and land in an orderly manner.ATC facilities mainly divides into: communications,navigation,surveillance,intelligence and auxiliary power equipment,known as the communication navigation surveillance(CNS)equipment.In recent years,with the deepening of the ATC standardization management refinement,it is particularly important to strengthen the CNS equipment operating support capability.It is difficult to achieve the desired results by relying solely on man-made management.The system uses advanced design concepts,in accordance with the requirements of civil aviation laws and regulations,combined with the actual operation of the equipment,to achieve real-time inspection records,real-time monitoring of temperature and humidity,inspection history query,patrol record backup,inspection alarm,patrol Check registration and many other features.The system further refined the specific content requirements of the inspection by technical means,centralized the monitoring capabilities,formed the "big data" of ATC equipment,optimized the management mode of the equipment room and improved the operation quality.The design uses HP DL388 server,wireless router,switch,fingerprint reader,temperature and humidity collector,monitoring data acquisition device and other equipment to build electronic inspecting system.The main database using Microsoft SQLServer database,using Microsoft.NET technology platform architecture,and the structure of the model is the B / S.The main work of this design:1)study and research related equipment and technology.2)signal acquisition equipment selection and hardware system installation and commissioning.3)system requirements analysis and functional design.4)complete the database construction.5)software interface design and function realization.6)system function testing and improvement.At present,the system has been put into use in the Technical Support Department of Ningbo ATC Station(Ningbo Communication and Navigation Surveillance Operation Guarantee Unit)and the overall operation is smooth.It can quickly check the duty of all departments,the environment of the equipment room and the equipment parameters.The electronic inspection system has provided strong support for the departmental information construction,enhanced the efficiency of on duty and inspection,and further strengthened the on-site and equipment refinement management.
