The car balance shaft is an important part of the double-drive axle car.It has a ring of M16 bolts and a M24 center bolt.It is mainly used in the workshop.Manual tightening is used.This method has poor consistency and low efficiency.Therefore,it is imperative to develop an automatic bolt tightening device.Since the bolt group has a small circle diameter,the tightening mechanism is required to be very compact,which has become a difficulty in the design.In this paper,two sets of bolt tightening devices were designed in combination with the tightening requirements of the automobile balance shaft bolt set of a certain enterprise.The construction of the control system was completed,and a bolt tightening production line was developed on this basis.The main research contents include:(1)A tightening scheme for the car balance shaft bolt set has been developed.Compress the rubber bushing under the constant pressure of the press,first tighten the center M24 bolts,and then tighten the 6 M16 bolts synchronously.The structure of the two sets of tightening devices was planned through the design of the scheme.(2)Developed the M24 single-axis bolt tightening device,and through the tightening process analysis,developed the tightening scheme of the M24 bolt;carried out the rubber bushing stiffness test,which provided a scientific basis for the press selection and bolt tightening mechanism design;ANSYS software analyzes the static characteristics of the tightening machine structure to ensure structural reliability.(3)Developed the M16 multi-axis bolt tightening device and developed the PLC control system and touch screen man-machine interface.Synchronous tightening of six M16 bolts is achieved by using the internal and external torque limiting functions of the motor in combination with the torque-turn angle method.(4)Developed a production line for tightening the bolts of the car balance shaft,designed the touch screen man-machine control interface,and realized the automatic operation of the production line.
