Electro-hydraulic servo control technology has been widely used in aviation,aerospace,shipbuilding,steel and material testing since its birth due to its power-to-weight ratio,fast system response and high system load stiffness.With the advancement of China's modernization process,especially in the context of Industry 4.0,"Made in China 2025" proposed that intelligent manufacturing is the main direction of China's future manufacturing,and it is also the fundamental path from manufacturing power to manufacturing power.Therefore,it also puts forward higher requirements for electro-hydraulic servo control technology: it can continuously improve its own power density and static characteristics such as output force(torque).Among them,the detection component is an indispensable component of the electro-hydraulic servo system,and the improvement of its detection capability directly affects the performance of the entire system.The flow parameter is the two basic measurement parameters in the hydraulic system together with the pressure parameter.It is the signal of the direct reaction system performance commonly found in electro-hydraulic servo systems,and is also often used as the feedback signal for electro-hydraulic servo control.Since the electro-hydraulic servo system uses hydraulic oil as the working medium,the average steady-state flow rate of the multi-structured volumetric flow meter is often measured in the system according to different working conditions.However,due to the complexity of the nature of the fluid medium itself,such as the presence of eddy currents and secondary flow phenomena,dynamic flow measurement is very difficult.In addition,due to the large inertia of the detection components of the traditional measuring instrument,the response of the instrument itself is difficult to reach the index of the system under test three times or more.Therefore,flow measurement has always been one of the key and difficult points in hydraulic systems.I have done the following work on the two-dimensional(2D)double-coupled piston flowmeter flowmeter.(1)Consult the literature to analyze the types,principles,advantages and disadvantages and research status of the flowmeter and volumetric flowmeter,and prove the significance of the topic.Afterwards,the research content is determined.(2)Structural design of two-dimensional(2D)double-coupled piston flowmeterThe structural characteristics and working principle of the two-dimensional(2D)double-coupled piston flowmeter are introduced.The overall structural form of the two-dimensional(2D)double-coupled piston is determined,and the three-dimensional model is established.The main working components are Stress analysis and strength check,the selection of flowmeter components,the finite element method was used to simulate the main components to determine the reliability of the components,and finally the structural irrationality was analyzed and Optimization and improvement were made to determine the overall structural solution of the two-dimensional(2D)piston flowmeter.(3)Structural design and research of roller guideThis paper introduces the motion curves of several commonly used cam guides,and then compares and analyzes the motion curves of these kinds of guide rails.Finally,the equal acceleration and deceleration motion curves are determined as the guide rail motion curves of the flowmeter.· According to the design requirements of this paper,the calculation is carried out to determine the design parameters of the flowmeter guide rail,and then the precise calculation of the guide rail is performed by using the matlab.(4)Characteristic analysis of two-dimensional(2D)double-coupled piston flowmeterFirstly,the pressure loss characteristics of the flowmeter are analyzed.The causes of the pressure loss of the flowmeter are analyzed from two aspects: friction loss and fluid viscous resistance.After that,the influence of pressure loss on the performance of the flowmeter was analyzed.(5)Experimental study on two-dimensional(2D)double-coupled piston flowmeterThe two-dimensional(2D)piston flowmeter test mainly includes: pressure loss characteristic test and error characteristic test.Among them,the pressure loss characteristic experiment studied the change of pressure loss of the flowmeter under different flow rates.The error characteristics laboratory investigates the measurement error of the flow meter over the target flow range of the flow meter.The data processing method is used to correct the measurement data of the flow meter,thereby improving the accuracy of the flow meter..The two-dimensional(2D)double-coupled piston flowmeter is extremely innovative,not only has a great breakthrough in performance,but also achieves lighter weight in mass and volume,and can be well applied to performance requirements in aerospace and other fields.High-end technology field with high quality and volume requirements...
