Thermal power generation still occupies a dominant position in the current power structure of our country,and the traditional thermal power generating units still have great potential for energy saving and consumption reduction.Moreover,as an important auxiliary system of thermal power units,the cold-end system has a very important impact on the safety and economy of the units.Therefore,it is an important way for thermal power plants to reduce energy consumption and improve the economic efficiency of operating units to analyze and study the factors affecting the cold-end system,try to improve its operation performance,determine the best vacuum of condenser under different working conditions through theoretical calculation,and realize the optimal operation of the cold-end system.This paper mainly focuses on exploring the influencing factors of the cold-end system and optimizing the operation mode of the circulating cooling water pump.On the basis of in-depth theoretical analysis,this paper points out clearly the influencing factors of the cold-end system,establishes a model to ensure the optimization of the circulating cooling water pump operation mode and saves the cold-end system.It can optimize research and contribute.Energy-saving optimization of the cold-end system will mainly focus on two main lines,one is to analyze the possible factors affecting the cold-end system,the other is to optimize the operation of the constant-speed circulating cooling water pump.Firstly,this paper expounds the working principle of the condenser and establishes the model of the cold-end system.On this basis,the relevant factors which may affect the pressure of the condenser are determined,so as to further analyze the influence degree of each factor on the optimal operation of the cold-end system,and then put forward the optimal operation mode of the cold-end system subsystem.Secondly,the circulating water flow of open-type circulating water system varies greatly under the influence of unique external environment(tidal action).Therefore,this paper analyzes the influence of tidal action on circulating water pump operation,and proposes to obtain the best vacuum of condenser under the premise of equal ambient temperature,in order to maximize net power increment method and synthesis.The cost coal consumption method is verified and the optimal operation mode of the circulating pump is determined.
