Study On Contract Change Management Of Rail Transit Civil Engineering

The subway is an effective way to solve the traffic congestion,a large city in recent years,the domestic subway construction process continues to accelerate,investment is also increasing.Due to the subway engineering civil engineering construction cycle is long,complicated technology,large quantities,professional,all kinds of changes emerging in the project management process,resulting in construction cost rising.This paper analyzes the problems in the change management of civil engineering contract by taking the relevant data as the starting point of the contract change of the initial civil engineering contract in guangzhou urban rail transit line 6.It was found that the change amount of the project in the initial civil engineering project of no.6 line was as high as 279 million,accounting for 53.87% of the total change of civil engineering.The factors that cause the change of the scheme mainly include geological reasons,land expropriation and demolition,and coordination of external planning.Scheme used in civil engineering change to occupy larger proportion of the main reason is that civil engineering bidding usually adopts the preliminary drawings for tender,owing to lack of geological exploration,design depth,construction land and construction site considered inadequate and many external factors,etc.This paper analyzes the reasons for the change of civil engineering by means of accident tree,and finds that there are 36 reasons for the project change.The analysis shows that the three main factors of design change are design error,insufficient design depth and engineer change design.The three main inducements of the scheme change are design error,construction plan change and construction condition change.The most important factors for other changes include increased work content,greater clarity,and more.In order to shorten the change audit time,the audit level should be optimized,and the audit level should be changed from three-level to second-level audit,which can shorten the audit time by about 10 working days.Cancel the contract change review session,and integrate it into the plan change review meeting or design change review meeting,which can shorten the audit time by about 25 working days;Through the way of virtual construction BIM model,simulating the construction process,construction plan,optimize the problem,in construction process,to simulate the important link of to optimize the scheme of realization of the rational allocation of resources.
