The competition between enterprises in modern times is eventually on talent competition.The primary task for enterprises in new century is to build up a group of talents with high quality and strong competitiveness,and inspire their potentials at most while as to achieve both corporative and individual goals based on a common shared values.C&B(Compensation& Benefit)system or salary system is a core system of human resource management in modern enterprises,it plays a crucial role to waken employee’s motive and strengthen corporate cohesion.Also it’s significantly important in enhancing enterprise’s efficiency of management and promoting the healthy development of production.The core of human resource management for modern enterprisesis to establish a systematically scientific salary system based on a solid and realistic C&B principle which is lined with the corporate strategy.This article takes the S company as the research object,through a comprehensive analysis and analysis of various kinds of salary and incentive theory,the principles and procedures of scientific compensation design and job evaluation are summarized and summarized in this paper.It provides the theoretical basis and method guidance for the optimization design of S company’s salary.On the basis of theoretical study,data were collected through internal interviews and questionnaires.After the full study of the salary status of S company,the problems existing in the current salary system of S company are analyzed.Mainly lack of clear direction of the compensation system,lack of reasonable standards for the formulation and adjustment of remuneration,and unreasonable salary structure.Combined with the theory of salary management and job evaluation,this paper make it clear that the principles,objectives,strategies S company salary system should comply with.Then we design salary system on the basic of job evaluation.Through the pay level survey,Grade division,Broadband salary designing,suggestions for optimization on the company’s performance pay,long-term incentive and welfare projects,design a set of scientific and reasonable and incentive compensation plan for S company.This study attempts giving out a new idea on C&B design,clarifying the interactions between various pay relationships,solving the problems existed in current salary system so as to guide S Company on the next step in salary reformation.Meanwhile it can set an example and reference for similar state owned enterprises on C&B design and salary reformation.
