A Design Of Plant Layout And Simulation Analysis In A Factory Based On SLP

There is too much material transporting and waiting phenomenon in the traditional factory,because of the unreasonable layout cause the unreasonable logistics route,lead to the low resources utilization rate.This problem will cause the low production efficiency and high enterprise operating costs,but it is often overshadowed by the large quantities inventory of production.On the other hand,a good factory layout can bring a reasonable production process,then reduce the backlog of inventory and operating costs,the whole production process will become more smoothly,the production cycle will become more short.This thesis mainly study the layout of the the S company's new factory based on SLP theory.First,study the basic situation of the plant,the product's structure characteristics,account the maximum yield based on the infrastructure conditions of the plant.Then analyze the production scale and process route,and specifically research on correlation between logistics and non logistics.Then Plan the layout used method of the product,process,mixing principle according to the previous results,and focuse on the cell and group technology of the mixing principle layout scheme.Then compare the three schemes by the investment,personnel,cost,flexibility,etc,selecte the process and mixing principle layout schemes,build the simulation model by using the FlexSim simulation soft,set the position,sequence and distribution route between each working procedure,then simulate the system for a month,and selecte the best scheme by compare the production efficiency,logistics cost of the two schemes.Finally,the paper presents the results of the S company's future improvement recommendations.
