Research On The Green Building Of Large-scale Public Building In Hot-summer And Cold-winter Region

The large-scale public building develops rapidly,and the quantity increases unceasingly,the building energy consumption is bigger than the general civil construction too.Based on the design practice,this paper probes into the methods and strategies of green building design in large-scale space,and combs the relevant green architectural design theory and energy-saving measures,then provides some practical guidance value for other design and research.The research was carried out by means of literature reading,case study,investigation,design verification and software simulation.Firstly,the research combs the basic definition,type and operation mode of large-scale space,secondly,it studies the basic characteristics of large-scale space from three aspects of space system,material system and equipment system.Finally,the basic problems and design methods of the space system and material system in green building are studied through the reconstruction design of the Southeast University project.It is concluded that the green architectural design needs the effect-oriented performance-based guidance strategy assistance,the need the software simulation of the technical methods to assist,but also the based passive design methods such as the natural ventilation and natural light in the specific climate areas as the main means of reducing building energy consumption.
