After several decades of development,the van industry in our country has entered a "white-hot" competitive state,the market competition is aggravating and the demand of consumers is becoming more diversified.As a specialized vehicle manufacturing company,Dongfeng Special Purpose Vehicle Van faces the strong demands of consumers,individual needs and the increasingly fierce competition in the industry,how the sudden emergence of a prominent encirclement,leading the Chinese Van The development direction has become a real problem that must be faced.Therefore,it is an urgent need to clarify the competitive strategy of the van business of Dongfeng Special Purpose Vehicle Company so that it can seize the rapidly developing external opportunities of the special-purpose vehicle industry and rely on the internal advantages of Dongfeng Special Purpose Vehicle Company to enhance its position in the industry solved problem.This article is divided into five chapters,the first chapter from the history of the development of China's automobile industry,leads to the development of China's special vehicles and vans,put forward the research topic of this paper: Dongfeng Special Purpose Vehicle Business Competitive Strategy Research.The research on enterprise strategy theory,competition strategy theory and the domestic and foreign van industry has carried on some sorts.The second chapter uses the macro-environment analysis and five forces competition model analysis method,from the macro-level,industry and competitive environment dimensions of the Dongfeng specialty van business environment in which a detailed interpretation of the domestic political,economic,Technology,social environment,development of the industry,the competition pattern of the industry and so on,systematically summarizes the impact of the external environment on the Dongfeng specialized van business.The third chapter reviews the development course and status quo of Dongfeng special purpose van business,and analyzes its product type and market positioning in an all-round way.Summarized the internal resources and capabilities it has,and put forward the core competitiveness of van business.The fourth chapter summarizes the external opportunities,threats and the internal advantages and disadvantages faced by Dongfeng special van business.Through SWOT matrix analysis,it is concluded that Dongfeng special purpose van business in response to external environment opportunities and threats Four kinds of strategic combination,put forward the possible strategic choice of Dongfeng special van business,which determines the strategic intent and future strategic goals.According to the existing problems and development opportunities of Dongfeng special van business,the fifth chapter puts forward some corresponding measures to ensure the implementation of competitive strategy.
