Abstract/Summary:
This topic takes the company using BIM Technology in hydropower pipeline layout and comprehensive decision analysis and management research,according to the layout of pipelines in,using causal analysis an important factor in determining the solution to the problem,according to the influencing factors determine solutions,develop implementation plans,the comprehensive arrangement of pipeline project for the adjustment of pipeline optimization and finally solve the pipeline layout problem of collision.In modern project,pipeline arrangement is more and more complex,especially large public construction projects,water supply,drainage,fire,ventilation,electricity,Internet,telephone,TV,access control,surveillance and other kinds of pipelines and complex,in the construction of the installation process,often appear pipeline layout unreasonable cause rework due to collision and BIM Technology is one of the best method to solve this kind of problem.But BIM technology is in the initial stage in China,and the construction units rarely use BIM technology.This paper mainly studies the BIM technology using how to determine the key factors and solutions of pipeline layout problems,with the help of the project management theory and methods,combined with the characteristics of hydropower project layout of pipelines,statistics,sorting and distinguish levels according to the expert questionnaire,drawing fishbone,fishbone diagram according to the establishment of BIM technology to solve the hierarchy the influence factors of comprehensive arrangement of hydropower in the pipeline;the influencing factors are divide into different levels and groups,and compared with each other about the important degree,the result of the comparison judgment matrix constructed by YAAHP software for data analysis,obtains the weights of the influence factors,the first four factors weight as the main factors.The four factors are as follow: improving staffs’ skills,input controlling of three-dimensional model,determining the profile interception location,as well as determining the adjustment criteria.Then the implementation of the program will be made up according to these four factors.Finally,the implementation result will be inspected and analyzed.
