With the contradiction between the rapid development of our national economy and energy supply shortage between the increasingly prominent, the energy crisis has become one of the important factors restricting China's economic development. Electric power enterprises as supporting the national economic and social development of the important public utilities and infrastructure industries, how to improve the efficiency and quality of power enterprises, power generation enterprises to reduce environmental pollution and waste of resources in relation to the power enterprises "gate", but also related to China's energy security and economic lifeline. Through the technological transformation of existing generating units, can effectively improve the power generation efficiency and quality, reducing environmental pollution and waste of resources. In recent years, with the large increase in the number of technical transformation project of power generation enterprises, evaluation of comprehensive benefits of the project there are many irregularities. The purpose of this paper is to through the analysis of the QR power plant boiler flue gas waste heat recovery and utilization of #1 project design and implementation of the system, the scientific evaluation of the comprehensive benefits of the project after the implementation of the project, in the evaluation of the success of the project at the same time, summed up experience and deficiency in the course of the transformation, in a more scientific guidance for the investment decision of the enterprises.This paper firstly combed the domestic and foreign research status about technical transformation project effect evaluation, system elaborated the power generation enterprise technical renovation project evaluation related theory and method; Second, # 1in detail QR power plant boiler smoke waste heat recycling renovation project basic situation and the necessity of transformation, with the goal of the project and realization degree as a starting point, the project design and modification effect were analyzed, and mainly introduces the background of the project design scheme, feasibility study report of the design of the overall reconstruction scheme and the actual implementation of scheme to improve and perfect, and the renovation project technical level, technical support, on the basis of a detailed introduction, from a technical point of view to analyze the effect of this project; Again, for the project from the early decision, project construction,investment control and completion of the final accounts of the whole process of detailed analysis, and combined with the actual transformation, from the economic and environmental benefits, social benefits and sustainability, four aspects to analyze effect of the implementation of the project; Finally, the integrated use of the analytic hierarchy process and information entropy model to construct the comprehensive evaluation model of power generation enterprise technical transformation project, and the QR power plant #1 boiler smoke waste heat recycling renovation project of comprehensive benefit evaluation and corresponding conclusions. In this paper, the technical analysis and economic analysis, the combination of single evaluation and comprehensive evaluation,the integrated use of evaluation methods, in order to improve the analysis of the comprehensive benefits of power generation enterprise technical transformation project work provide certain reference and reference.
