| During the growth process of crops,timely and effective pest control is necessary to ensure the yield and quality of crops,because of the traditional manual and semi mechanized spraying way has not adapt to the development trend of modern agriculture,now the aviation plant protection is developing rapidly.Relative to the fixed wing aircraft,the mini unmanned rotorcraft for plant protection has its own advantages of landing on operations with small space,good flexibility,drops drift less and nice penetrating,realizing remote control and so on,so it is very suitable for pest control in the small plots.It has great significance in structural design optimization and agriculture to develop a new type of multi rotor UAV and analyzing its aerodynamic characteristics.This paper aims to design a four-rotor UAV for plant protection.Firstly,this paper analyzes the basic principle of flight of four-rotor UAV,then proposes the technical specification of four-rotor UAV for plant protection.According to the relevant design theory and experimental results,the overall design of the prototype is completed,and the whole model is established in the three-dimensional modeling software.Secondly,based on computational fluid dynamics(CFD)method,this paper studies the aerodynamic characteristics of the isolated rotor and the four-rotor UAV.Finally,completed the flight test and the spray test of the four-rotor UAV for plant protection and verified the feasibility of the design,then obtained the performance parameters of the four-rotor UAV. |
