| At present, the development of the conventional helicopter has tended toperformancelimit,especially the speed is difficult to improve.In order to break through theselimitations, the aviation industry focused on a variety of new concept rotor aircraft. New concept rotoraircraft mainly has four types: transformation type, compound type, duct type, the new concept rotortype.This paper presents a ducted coaxial rotor hybrid configuration vehicle through analysis andcomparison of the several new concept aircraft. It has two flight modes, helicopters modes andfixed-wing modes, which has a large flight speed compared to a conventional ducted fan vehicles, andit hover and vertical flight performance is relatively good as the addition lift caused by the duct.Analyze the aerodynamic characteristics ofdifferent flight conditions by established the theoreticalmodels of ducted coaxial rotor vertical flight and forward flight. According to the designrequirements,preliminary parameters and aerodynamic configuration are chosen, the lift and dragcharacteristics are analyzed, as well as the impact of the required power. The calculate programs aremade and the flight performance of the prototype are calculated. After finished the preliminary design,the detail design of the subsystems are carried out, Parts manufacturing and assembling are finished.This paper focused on the key technologies of the new concept ducted rotor UAV preliminarydesign. Verify the feasibility of the overall design scheme through the manufacturing and trial of thetest prototype. Lay the foundation for future research. |
