Research On The Model Of Dying Rural Regeneration For The Aged In Suburbs Around Beijing And Tianjin

More than 30 years from the opening up reform,our country went through different stages of rural transformation.We have achieved some success,but there are much troubles during rural development.The existence of poverty around Beijing and Tianjin,is the choke point for the coordinated development of Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei.Pressure of population aging in Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei urban agglomerations is increasingly obvious,and serious ageing problems in cities has brought many contradictions.The villages around Beijing and Tianjin,have beautiful natural landscapes,rich cultural heritage and simple lifestyle.Combined with traffic links with the urban area,dying rural regeneration for the aged around Beijing and Tianjin have huge potential.Based on the above background,this article attempted to explore the "rural regeneration for the aged" as a barrier to break the flow of urban and rural elements,a new way and method to revival dying rural and reduce urban elderly pressure.Through the following five parts:(1)Based on summary of the rural updates and old-age community development,we studied the different ideological core of village renewal and planning for retirement communities,and summarized the reference value theory and practical experience;(2)From the tour expected feature of map,we defined the space area of suburbs around Beijing and Tianjin.Based on the analysis of relevant concepts,we constructed the concept of rural regeneration for the aged,and explained the potential of rural regeneration for the aged;(3)Based on clearing the rural resources around Beijing and Tianjin,and through the Delphi method and field survey,we constructed the evaluation model of the potential of rural regeneration for the aged.Next,we proposed three optimal-aged potential rural types:natural optimal-aged rural,cultural optimal-aged rural,facility optimal-aged rural,and summarized the distribution characteristics of this three types of rural regeneration for the aged;(4)On the basis of the submiting of rural regeneration principles and analysis of rural regeneration models,we analysed their own characteristics of the three rural types and submited different strategies of appropriate aging rural regeneration.Next,we completed the regeneration model through all levels of fitness and aging regenerative design;(5)Last,we used the model of dying rural regeneration for the aged regeneration to XiangHe county,Hebei province.Based on the analysis of county resources,we used the rural regeneration evaluation model to XiangHe,and we concluded the distribution of that three suitable aging rural.Next,we used the suitable aging design in Da Bu Hu.
