Design Research Of Urban Population Oriented Rural Buildings For The Aged

With the acceleration of population aging and deepening of urbanization,the proportion of urban elderly population continuous increasing,the construction speed of urban elderly care facilities has been unable to catch up with the growth of the urban elderly care service demand.State support the development and construction of aged care architecture to relieve the strain on resources and environment of urban elderly care service,promoting the development of rural aged care service industry rapid and diversified.Rural buildings for the aged exposed some periodic problems while the architectural design gradually tend to be specialized in the process of development.The existing related research content is not comprehensive.Therefore,we should make a systematic analysis and research to solve these problems,putting forward the strategy for ensuring the healthy development of the rural aged care industry.This article selects urban population oriented rural buildings for the aged as the research object.I hope to provide specific solutions of the problems exposed in rural aged architecture design through to the research of urban population oriented rural aged industry,aged care mode and the design strategy of rural age d architecture,expounding beneficial relationship between the construction of rural aged buildings and the development of rural areas,perfecting the rural aged architectural design content.During the research,first of all,exploring the requirements of elderly care by analyzing the physiological characteristics of the elderly,analyzing the advantages and disadvantages of all kinds of urban building for the aged in our country at present stage,researching the aged care mode which is suitable for the situation of our country at present stage.Then,formulating the research plan and selecting the representative elderly facility,comparing the advantages and disadvantages and development status of different types the rural aged architecture by research content.Finally,deeply studying for the construction planning,site selection,architecture design,environmental space creation and elderly-oriented design details of rural elderly building,putting forward the design strategy.The design of urban population oriented rural aged architecture is on the basis of the physiological characteristics of the elderly,rural regional characteristics and urban elderly living habits,making the urban population oriented rural building for the aged to highlight the main service status of urban population,reflect the rural areas architecture features and meet the different demand of urban elderly people.I hope that through this study can provide a useful reference for rural aged architecture design.
